There are a number of ways that students, faculty, and staff can participate in programs coordinated by the Council, including:
CALSPEAKS Faculty Fellowship
The CALSPEAKS Faculty Fellowship program offers CSU faculty the opportunity to place questions on a California public opinion survey.
ICPSR Summer Program
Primarily for faculty and advanced graduate students. Several programs for financial assistance are available.
Social Science Student Symposium (S4)
S4 is modeled on professional conferences in the social sciences. The Council invites both undergraduate and graduate students, from all CSU and California Community College campuses and in all areas of the social sciences, to present their research to their peers.
The Social Science Research and Instructional Council offers workshops on a variety of topics. Presenters will come to your campus (at no charge to CSU campuses) and provide hands-on training.
